Samira Mello is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Gestora de Unidade de Negócios at Hospital Baía Sul since September 2024. Previously, Samira held the position of People Coordinator at Híbrido from March 2021 to September 2024, overseeing the entire talent management cycle including recruitment, retention, development, and engagement, while implementing OKR management systems and revising HR policies. Samira's earlier roles at Hospital Baía Sul included Líder de Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional, responsible for recruitment, training, and organizational climate, and Analista de Gente e Gestão, where Samira focused on organizational action plans.
