Valarie Ruybal-Montoya

Valarie Ruybal-Montoya is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Hospital Cooperative Laundry since April 2022, Valarie previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Life Care Centers of America from May 2019 to January 2022. Additionally, Valarie worked as a Mentor Recruitment Coordinator at United Way of Pueblo County from September 2013 to May 2019, where responsibilities included recruiting, training, and monitoring mentors while collaborating with school administration and staff.
