Rodrigo Pereira

Rodrigo Pereira is currently serving as Técnico Superior de Recursos Humanos at Hospital Cruz Vermelha since July 2024. Prior experience includes Atração de Talento at PRIO from June 2021 to June 2024, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment across the Centro e Sul networks, specialized recruitment processes, participation in employment events, onboarding, and training for leadership. Rodrigo also held a role in RH at NORAUTO PORTUGAL for a brief period in 2021, focusing on employer branding and recruitment. As a Consultant at MY CHANGE from September 2020 to May 2021, project development included performance evaluation, organizational diagnostics, team leadership, organizational change management, and internal communication. Earlier, Rodrigo worked as an Administrador at Cooperativa Praia Cultural from 2015 to 2016. Educationally, Rodrigo Pereira is pursuing a Master's in Human Resources Development Policies at ISCSP-ULisboa and holds a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the same institution.
