Angela Leis

Angela Leis is an accomplished researcher and educator in the field of Biomedical Informatics, currently serving as a Post-doctoral Researcher at IMIM since February 2019 and as an Associate Professor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra's School of Medicine since February 2016. Angela also teaches undergraduate psychology courses at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and has a background in health information management as the former Assistant Director of the Web Médica Acreditada at the Col·legi Oficial de Metges de Barcelona. Angela's educational background includes a PhD in Biomedical Informatics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a Master's Degree in Psychology, Health and Quality of Life, and a Professional Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, complemented by technical training in international commerce.
