Deroll Scarlett

Deroll Scarlett, MSILR, currently serves as the Associate Director of Employee Relations at the Hospital for Special Surgery since August 2022. With extensive experience in employee relations across multiple organizations, Deroll has held significant roles at Centene Corporation as a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner and at WellCare Health Plans in various positions, ultimately overseeing complex employee relations matters across several states. Prior experience includes managing labor relations at Centerlight Health System and providing HR support at New York Presbyterian Hospital and New York Blood Center. Deroll holds a Master of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations from Baruch College and has pursued additional academic qualifications in International Business and Global Business from Johnson & Wales University.
