Jennifer Castoro

Jennifer Castoro is an accomplished editorial professional currently serving as the Director of Editorial Strategy at the Hospital for Special Surgery since July 2019, having previously held the role of Associate Director. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from January 2014 to July 2019, where responsibilities included ensuring adherence to brand voice standards and conducting workshops for staff. With earlier experience as a Senior Editorial Manager and Managing Editor at MSK, as well as a Copy Editor at Allure and various editorial roles at Meredith Corporation, Jennifer has developed a strong expertise in content strategy, editorial management, and brand communication. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Health Communication for Social Change from the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Psychology from Rutgers University.
