Reginald Odom

Reginald Odom has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and labor relations. Reginald is currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at the Hospital for Special Surgery since September 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at the same organization from April 2021 to September 2023.

Before joining the Hospital for Special Surgery, Odom worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY) from July 2013 to March 2021.

Reginald Odom received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University in the years 1984-1988. Later, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University during the years 1993-1996.
