Roseann Trozzo

Roseann Trozzo, CPA has extensive experience in finance and tax management. Roseann currently holds the position of Director in the Finance Department at the Hospital for Special Surgery since December 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager in the Finance Shared Services team at Hudson's Bay Company from July 2018 to December 2019, where they oversaw the North American employment tax department and managed a team of 12+.

From an earlier role at EY, Roseann served as a Manager in the National Tax, Employment Tax Advisory Consulting Services division, specializing in employment tax consulting, tax minimization, and refund recovery for Fortune 100 companies. Their tenure at EY spanned from 2015 to 2017.

Before their time at EY, Roseann was a Senior Manager at CBIZ MHM, LLC where they managed the corporate and family office tax practice, focusing on financial planning and human capital management. Roseann joined CBIZ MHM, LLC in 2012 and remained until 2014.

Roseann's career began at Time Warner Inc., where they held the role of Senior Manager in Finance. Roseann was responsible for building and managing Time Inc.'s corporate payroll tax department and expanded their responsibilities to include Time Warner, HBO, and Warner Bros. Roseann held this position from 1999 to 2012.

Roseann Trozzo, CPA holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Pace University - Lubin School of Business. Roseann also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Baruch College. Additionally, they have a Graduate Certificate in Tax Law/Taxation from Fordham University. Roseann Trozzo is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and is also a Notary Public for the State of New York.
