Steven Forti

Steven Forti has a diverse work experience. Steven currently holds the position of Chief Wellness and Resiliency Officer at the Hospital for Special Surgery, where they are responsible for creating and managing programs that promote the mental and physical health of the medical staff and employees. Prior to this, they served in the US Army for over 30 years. Steven also founded FitFight LLC, a fitness competition platform that allows athletes to compete virtually and earn cash rewards. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Registered Nurse at Greenwich Hospital and Yale New Haven Health System. Additionally, they served as the Director of Digital Media at Yankelovich, where they conducted research on emerging technologies and formed partnerships to generate revenue.

Steven Forti earned a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Quinnipiac University in 2003-2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Southern Connecticut State University in 1995-1999. Steven also holds a certification as a Registered Nurse from Yale New Haven Health.
