Andrea Bueno Sen

Andrea Bueno Sen is a PhD student at Fundación para la Investigación Biomédica HULP, focusing on cardiovascular diseases and innate immune response since February 2021. Previously, Andrea served as a research assistant at Fundación para la Investigación Biomédica Hospital Universitario La Paz (IdiPaz), studying molecular mechanisms in cardiovascular disease progression. Academic background includes a Master of Science in Molecular Biomedicine and a Bachelor's degree in Biology, both from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Prior research experience encompasses work on skeletal dysplasias at the Instituto de Genética Médica y Molecular (INGEMM), involving the exploration of genetic variants and their implications in skeletal growth and abnormalities.
