Isis Kunze

Isis Kunze is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and team leadership. Currently serving as Supervisora de Atendimento at Hospital Mãe de Deus since April 2024, Isis oversees the Central de Agendamento de Consultas e Exames and evaluates the performance of the atendimento team. Prior to this role, Isis worked at Lojas Renner S.A. as Líder de Processo de Cobrança CSC, leading active and receptive collections teams and managing performance evaluations. From 2012 to 2022, Isis held the position of Líder de Relacionamento com o Cliente at Unimed Porto Alegre, where leadership was provided to a team of around 30 members with a focus on feedback and development. Academically, Isis holds an MBA in Customer Relationship Management with a specialization in Marketing from FADERGS, a Tecnólogo degree in Hospital Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Meteorology from Universidade Federal de Pelotas.
