Carrie Cunningham

Carrie Cunningham has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, starting as an ER RN at Hendricks Regional Health from 2008 to 2011. Carrie then transitioned to roles as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Providence Medical Group and ApolloMD. Carrie'scareer progressed to include a position as a Nurse Practitioner at UAP Clinic before becoming a Manager at Horizon Health in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Clinic Director at Horizon Health since 2022.

Carrie Cunningham completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana State University from 2004 to 2008. Carrie then pursued a Master of Science in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing at the same university from 2008 to 2010. In 2023, they obtained a certification as a Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional from the National Association of Rural Health Clinics.
