Zilmara Gonzaga

Zilmara Gonzaga has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Coordenadora de Seleção e Desenvolvimento at Hospital Moriah since January 2014. In this role, Zilmara coordinates a team focused on recruitment, selection, and employee development while promoting diversity and inclusion. Previous positions include Supervisora de Recursos Humanos and Analista de Desenvolvimento e Comportamento Organizacional at the same institution, where responsibilities included consultancy in HR, psychological assessments, and training program creation. Prior to Hospital Moriah, Zilmara worked at Life Empresarial Saúde as Analista de Recursos Humanos SR, managing payroll and attendance systems. Zilmara holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a Technologist degree in Human Resource Management from Universidade Paulista, along with recent training in Agile Methodologies and Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
