Lorena Carneiro do Nascimento

Lorena Carneiro do Nascimento serves as the Head of Innovation Contracts and Strategy at Lee, Brock, Camargo Advogados, focusing on innovation, new technologies, media, intellectual property, contracts, data protection, artificial intelligence, and corporate strategy since October 2020. Lorena is also a partner and has held roles as Legal Manager and Senior Attorney in the fields of innovation, new technologies, and data protection. In addition, Lorena coordinates the implementation of the Brazilian Data Protection Law at the São Paulo Bar Association. Currently pursuing an LL.M at the University of Pennsylvania, Lorena’s educational background includes advanced degrees in Corporate Law, Business Management, and Law and New Technologies from prestigious institutions. Lorena has experience as the founder of an Edtech startup and has worked as an attorney at various law firms specializing in contracts, intellectual property, and digital law.
