Charmaine Weis

Charmaine Weis is a marketing and communications leader with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as System Director of Marketing & Brand Experience at Hospital Sisters Health System, Charmaine oversees the marketing strategy for nine hospitals, the physician enterprise, and a college of nursing in Illinois while mentoring a dedicated team. Previously, as Associate Vice President at Jarrard Inc., Charmaine developed marketing communication strategies for over 100 high-profile healthcare projects, managing a diverse team of advisors. In a prior role as Director of Marketing & Communications at SCL Health, Charmaine played a key role in integrating Platte Valley Medical Center and implementing comprehensive marketing and public relations strategies. Charmaine co-owned a full-service marketing firm and began a career in communications as a specialist at Polk. Charmaine holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Media Studies, and Marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
