Crystal Matthiesen

Crystal Matthiesen has over 25 years of experience in project management across various sectors, currently serving as Manager of the Project Management Office at Hospital Sisters Health System since October 2011. Responsibilities include coordinating with resource managers, mentoring project teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget. Prior to this role, Crystal worked as a Project Manager at Capitol Strategies, where project coordination for the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity occurred, and at MSF&W, managing the implementation of a business telephony system. Crystal's earlier experience includes project management roles at Horace Mann and Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc., and a programming background at Illinois Power Company and Federal Kemper Insurance Company. Crystal holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
