Rick Ingalls

Rick Ingalls has extensive experience in project management and technical operations within the security systems industry. Currently serving as Project Manager in the Program Management Office at RFI since May 2021, Rick previously worked as an Independent Business Consultant at Anew Enterprises, focusing on security systems and marketing from April 2013 to December 2021. Prior experience includes Technical Operations Manager and Technical Consultant roles at Eagle Security Systems, where Rick managed technical support and system installations. Additional roles include Service Manager at City-Wide Electronic Systems Inc. and Facilities Manager at EDS / National Heritage Insurance. Rick's educational background includes an A+ Certification from Butte College and an Automotive Technician degree from Arizona Automotive Institute.
