Adriana Saracho

Adriana Saracho is an experienced professional in Change Management with a strong background in implementation projects, particularly in SAP systems. Currently serving as an Analisata Funcional SAP at Hospital Universitario Austral since July 2022, Adriana is involved in process documentation, impact analysis, end-user training, and post-implementation support. Prior to this role, Adriana spent five years at McMahon & co. focusing on change management strategies, and has also worked as a psychotherapist and in human resources performance management. Adriana holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and has furthered education in Human Resources Strategies.
