Kelley Jones has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. In 1990, Kelley worked as the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage for Pussers Rum Company, contributing to the growth of their restaurant and retail concepts across various locations. From 1998 to 2003, Kelley served as the Director of Development and Operations for China Grill Management, where they led the development and opening of numerous restaurant and club concepts. Kelley then joined Kimpton Hotels as the Vice President of Restaurant Operations, overseeing 39 multi-unit concept fine dining restaurants. Kelley later became the Vice President of Restaurant Operations for Starr Restaurant Organization, managing the day-to-day operations of their portfolio of 16 restaurants. In 2007, they served as the President of the Light Group, a prominent nightlife and lifestyle development organization. In 2008, Kelley founded Societe Hospitality and was the Founder and CEO of the company until 2010. From 2010 to 2016, Kelley was the Founder/Principal of Trust3 Hospitality, where they managed various ventures, including establishments in New York City and Las Vegas. Since 2014, Kelley has been working as the Principal of Kelley Jones Hospitality, offering a wide range of consulting and management services for F&B operations in the hospitality industry. In 2016, they also took on the role of President & COO at Hospitality Alliance, a hospitality management and consulting firm. Throughout their career, Kelley has successfully revitalized struggling properties, developed new concepts, and provided innovative optimization strategies for existing properties.
Kelley Jones attended MHS from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a diploma in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations.
