Sophie Richard

Sophie Richard, CHAM, MRICS, currently serves as Vice President and Communication Chair on the Board of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association Europe (HAMA Europe) since November 2019. With extensive experience in hotel asset management, Sophie has been an Asset Manager for Europe and the UK at M&L Hospitality since 2016. Sophie's expertise includes conducting valuations and feasibility studies across France and Europe for various clients, as well as providing consulting services in business plan development and financial modeling. Previous roles include positions at BNP Paribas Real Estate, HVS, and RICS, and Sophie holds a Master’s degree in Tourism from Cornell University and an MBA in Hotel Real Estate and Tourism management from ESSEC Business School. Additionally, Sophie has a background in operational hospitality roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
