Roger Duarte has a diverse work experience, starting from 2004 as an Analyst at Triangle Partners, where they analyzed M&A transactions and prepared presentations. Roger then joined Pan American Finance in 2006 as an Analyst, participating in various transactions and assisting in strategic and operational decisions. In 2009, they founded George Stone Crab and went on to found My Ceviche in 2012. In the same year, they became the CEO of Hospitality Capital Partners. In 2013, they became an Endeavor Entrepreneur, supporting high-impact entrepreneurs globally. In 2015, they founded Zuuk Mediterranean Kitchen.
