Constantin Zwick

Constantin Zwick has a diverse work experience in the fields of digital innovation and project management. Constantin has worked at HOSPITALITY.digital as the Head of Dish Order since 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at adidas where they held several roles, including Senior Manager - Advanced Concepts, Senior Manager Future - BU Football, and Manager Future - BU Football. In these roles, they were responsible for incubating and developing innovative IoT consumer products and user experiences, managing the innovation pipeline for digital football concepts, and leading multidisciplinary teams during the ideation, development, and testing of digital football concepts. Constantin also worked as a Development Engineer and Assistant Development Engineer at adidas. Before joining adidas, Constantin had an internship at adidas in 2010, worked as a Sales Assistant at Nike Store from 2007 to 2009, and served as a Tennis Instructor at HTV Hannover from 2006 to 2007.

Constantin Zwick began their education journey in 2003 at Asahikawa Ryukoku Senior High School. After completing their high school education in 2004, they went on to pursue higher studies at Fachhochschule Technikum Wien. From 2007 to 2010, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Engineering, specializing in Sports Equipment Technology. Continuing their education in the same field, Constantin enrolled in Fachhochschule Technikum Wien again from 2010 to 2012 and acquired a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Engineering.

In addition to their academic achievements, Constantin has also obtained certifications in the field of Product Ownership. In September 2020, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org, followed by the Professional Scrum Product Owner II certification in April 2021 from the same institution.
