Helen Zch has extensive experience in regional operations and management within the retail and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Regional Operation Controller at Hospitality Marketing Concepts since October 2013, Helen previously held key positions including Assistant to the Store Director and HR Manager at Mediamarkt (Shanghai) Commercial & Trading Co., Ltd. from September 2011 to April 2013, and Purchasing Manager at Lohaocity Supermarket (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from October 2007 to June 2011. Helen began a career in sales management at Carrefour China from February 2004 to September 2007. Helen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law from East China Institute of Politics and Law from 2000 to 2004.
