Terry Panayiotou has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, starting as Front of House Service at McDonald's from 1994 to 1998 and progressing through various managerial roles. From 1998 to 2000, Terry managed Traralgon Pizza Restaurant, followed by positions at Iimis Cafe and Q-Bar as Manager and Bar Manager, respectively. Terry served as Bar Manager at The Loft Cocktail Bar & Night Club from 2003 to 2005 and transitioned to a Sales Specialist at Foxtel during the same period. From 2005 to 2007, Terry held the position of General Manager at Deck 10. Since 2007, Terry has been with Hospitality One, taking on the role of Project and Operations Manager, as well as serving as General Manager at both Left Bank and World Restaurant and Bar.
