Beau Mullenix

Beau Mullenix has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Beau currently serves as the Senior Vice President at HREC Investment Advisors since March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an Independent Hotel Broker & Advisor from August 2022 to February 2023. Before that, they were a Hospitality/CRE Broker Associate at Paramount Lodging Advisors from August 2016 to July 2022. Before joining Paramount Lodging Advisors, Beau worked as the General Manager at Commonwealth Hotels from December 2009 to 2015. Beau also served as the General Manager/LP at Equis Hospitality Management LLC from November 2002 to October 2009. Additionally, Beau gained experience as a Front Office Manager at Marriott International from January 2001 to October 2002.

Beau Mullenix completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Denison University from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended MICDS from 1990 to 1996. Beau has obtained several additional certifications, including a KS Real Estate Broker License from the Kansas Real Estate Commission in July 2023, a MO Real Estate Broker License from the Missouri Real Estate Commission in September 2016, and an Extended Stay Sales Edge certification from Marriott International in December 2010.
