Scott Kaniewski

Scott Kaniewski has a wealth of experience in the hospitality and gaming industry. Scott served as Managing Director at HREC Investment Advisors, where they specialized in providing advisory services, such as investment sales and debt and equity financing. Prior to that, they were a Founding Partner at Cortona Partners/Laurus Strategies, where they focused on real estate and corporate advisory services. Scott also served as the Chief Financial Officer and a Board of Director member at Empire Resorts, Inc., where they managed the company's finances and represented them in engagements with the investment community. Earlier in their career, they were a Board of Director member at Hospitality Worldwide Services, where they founded and managed a hotel investment platform for institutional investors. Additionally, Scott held the position of Vice President at VMS Realty Partners, where they successfully worked on resolving partnerships during industry downturns and handled various financial transactions and negotiations.
