Fermin Guillermo de Hoyos

Fermin Guillermo De Hoyos has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with over 20 years of experience. Fermin Guillermo started their career at Omni Hotels in 1996, where they worked in various roles including Front Office Manager & Director of Security and Assistant Front Office Manager. Fermin Guillermo then moved on to the Hyatt Regency San Antonio, where they served as Front Office Manager and later as Executive Housekeeping. In 2010, they joined the Grand Hyatt San Antonio as Director of Housekeeping. Fermin continued to expand their experience by working at HotelPro Hospitality Staffing as an Area Manager, and at Xclusive Staffing as a Business Development Manager. Most recently, they worked at Doubletree by Hilton San Antonio Airport as Director. Fermin is currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Hospitality Staffing Solutions.

Fermin Guillermo De Hoyos obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from St. Mary's University, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. In addition, they received a certification as a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) from CHA International in May 2012.
