Antonio Martorell

Antonio Martorell is a highly experienced dermatologist with a notable focus on hidradenitis suppurativa and dermatological innovation. Currently serving as the Coordinator of the Hidradenitis Supurativa Working Group and responsible for Innovation and Technology at the Academia Española de Dermatología y Venereología since March 2018, Antonio also leads the SKIANA Project as Project Coordinator, which aims to develop algorithms for skin disease recognition. With a strong clinical background, Antonio has held positions as a Specialist in Dermatology, Surgery, and Aesthetics at Hospital de Manises and as an Adjunct in Aesthetic, Surgical, and Therapeutic Dermatology at Clinica Dermatológica RBE. In addition to extensive clinical work, Antonio has pursued advanced education, culminating in a Master's in Health Management from Universidad Europea and a PhD in Dermatology from the University of Valencia.
