Brian Testorf has had a progressive career in the hospitality industry, starting as a Student Intern at Bryant University Alumni Relations in 2012. Brian then moved on to roles at Providence Biltmore, Marriott International, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., LW Hospitality Advisors, JLL, and currently serves as the Director of Feasibility & Investment Analysis at Host Hotels & Resorts.

Brian Testorf completed their High School education at North Broward Preparatory Schools from 2006 to 2011. Brian then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services at Bryant University from 2011 to 2015. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration. In 2020, Brian earned a Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business. Additionally, they hold several certifications as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in various states.
