Guilherme Candian

Guilherme Candian is an experienced data analyst currently serving as a Data Analyst in RevOps at Hostaway since July 2025. Previously, Guilherme held the position of Middle Data Analyst at Pipefy from April 2021 to July 2025, where responsibilities included organizing and analyzing sales and marketing data, delivering actionable insights to the Executive Team, and supporting a data-driven go-to-market strategy. Prior to Pipefy, Guilherme co-founded ORBIT Ambiental, an environmental consulting firm and digital platform for professionals in the field. Additional experience includes technical internships focused on environmental management and data analysis across multiple organizations, including the Universidade Federal de Viçosa. Guilherme holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Data Science & Analytics from USP and a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Universidade Federal de Viçosa.
