Kassi Oliver

Kassi Oliver is a seasoned nonprofit professional with extensive experience in volunteer management and program oversight. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engagement and Volunteer Services at Hostelling International USA since April 2010, Kassi has developed a robust volunteer department engaging over 1,500 volunteers and implementing strategic initiatives like the HI USA Explore the World scholarship program. Prior to this role, Kassi held positions such as Executive Director of a 47-bed hostel in Austin, Program Manager at JFS St. Louis where food pantry programs were enhanced, and AmeriCorps Program Manager at Front Steps, Inc., focusing on homeless services. Kassi holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Anthropology from The University of Texas at Austin.
