Tim Roof has extensive experience in customer service, inventory management, and marketing. Starting at Best Buy as a Customer Service Representative, Tim provided exceptional service, handled returns and exchanges, and trained employees. Transitioning to Hot Box Cookies, Tim took on various roles such as Employee, Director of Operations, General Manager, and Service Manager. In these positions, Tim oversaw scheduling, led meetings, managed labor, developed SOPs, and focused on growing sales while reducing costs.
