Maruti Bhanot is a seasoned professional in the field of data architecture and digital transformation, currently serving as a Tech Leader - Data Platform Architectures at Hot ITem Conclusion since February 2023. Prior to this role, Maruti worked at Accenture in the Netherlands for over twelve years as a Technology Delivery Lead Manager specializing in Data & AI, where responsibilities included project management, senior stakeholder engagement, and developing Business Intelligence Road Maps. Maruti's earlier experience includes positions as an Oracle Technical Consultant at CC Group NL and a Finance Consultant at Iduet, providing expertise in Oracle e-Business Suite and financial processes. Maruti began the career as a Management Controller at Stater N.V. after earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Windesheim, later enhancing knowledge with an education from MIT Sloan School of Management.
