Charlie Brown

Charlie Brown is the Director of Compliance & Contract Management at Hot Springs Village POA. Charlie has over 10 years of experience in the human resources field.

Charlie Brown began their career as an HR Manager at Clayton Supply in March 2017. Charlie was with the company for 11 months before moving on to Embassy Suites in March 2018. Charlie Brown worked as the Convention Services Manager at Embassy Suites for just over three years before joining Belk in April 2019 as an HR Lead. Charlie remained with Belk for two years before taking their current position with Hot Springs Village POA in February 2021.

They work with Paul Sage - Marketing Manager, Kevin Sexton - Director of Tourism & Community Affairs, and Jason Miller - Fire Chief. Charlie Brown reports to Kelly Hale, General Manager & Board Secretary.
