Thomas Benfield

Thomas Benfield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community support and compliance management, currently serving at Hot Springs Village POA since February 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas enjoyed a successful career in the United States Air Force from January 1992 to September 2014 as an avionics specialist, focusing on aircraft avionics testing, troubleshooting, and repair. Following military service, Thomas transitioned to retirement in August 2023 after a notable tenure. Thomas holds an Associate's degree from Arkansas State University, alongside two Associate's degrees earned at the Community College of the Air Force in Human Resources Management and Avionic Electronics.
