Carlyle H. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career as a Sustainability Aide (Remote) at NJ Higher Education Partnership for Sustainability in February 2019 and ended in December 2019. They then worked as a CSI Shuttle Driver at Ramapo College of New Jersey from August 2019 to March 2020. Carlyle also gained experience as a Surge Agent (Remote) at TTEC, where they provided guidance and assistance to Bank of America customers with unemployment debit cards from April 2020 to July 2020. They later took on the role of Front Desk Manager at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, where they successfully launched a client retention initiative and managed customer concerns from June 2020 to November 2020. Carlyle then worked as a Record Coordinator (Temp) at Magna Legal Services, processing requests for medical records and providing updates to law firms from November 2020 to April 2021. They furthered their legal career as a Paralegal at Sacchetta & Baldino Trial Lawyers, managing cases and maximizing client compensation from March 2021 to November 2021. Carlyle continued as a Paralegal at KLS Legal Solutions, focusing on mass tort law and improving bookkeeping and accounting processes from November 2021 to September 2022. They also worked as a Phone Banker at Positive Women's Network - USA, providing support to clients from September 2022 to November 2022. Currently, Carlyle holds the position of Rewards & Relations Coordinator at Mercy For Animals since November 2022 and is a Social Media Ambassador at Hot Topic since January 2023.

Carlyle H. pursued their education in a variety of fields, starting with their high school education at Colts Neck High School from 2013 to 2017, where they focused on Law & Public Service. They then attended Ramapo College of New Jersey from 2017 to 2021, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sustainability.

In 2018, Carlyle participated in the API Revolution & Evolution Study Abroad Program at the José Martí Studies Center, though no specific degree was obtained. Following this, they completed a Certificate in Paralegal Studies at Villanova University from 2021 to 2022.

Most recently, Carlyle pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Bellevue University from 2023 to 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Carlyle acquired several certifications. In 2021, they obtained a Notary Public certification from the State of Pennsylvania. In 2022, they completed various LinkedIn courses including "Introduction to Animal Advocacy," "Nonprofit Management Foundations," "Salesforce Essential Training," "Social Media Marketing Foundations," "Social Media Marketing for Small Business," and "Social Media Marketing: Managing Online Communities." They also completed training courses on essential Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Drive, and Slides) through LinkedIn in November 2022.
