Philip Randerson

Philip Randerson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As the Founder and CEO of HotTopics since July 2012, Philip has built an award-winning C-Suite community that supports over 18,000 global C-Level executives. Currently serving as Chairman of Atara Partners, a firm focused on modern executive search methodologies, Philip also held the position of Managing Director at European Leaders from March 2004 to March 2015, where innovative executive search strategies were employed to develop leading tech companies. Earlier in their career, Philip was the Head of Executive Search at The Venus Group from 1998 to 2004, specializing in the Hi-Tech sector. Philip holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Gloucestershire, completed in 1998.
