Stephanie Harrington's work experience includes multiple roles at different companies. Stephanie started their career at The Happy People Co. in 2017 as a Marketing Intern. In 2017, they also worked as a Medical Receptionist at Wellbeing Chiropractic Melbourne. From 2014 to 2018, Stephanie worked as a Sales Assistant at Diamond Valley Mitre 10. In 2019, they joined HotDoc as a Customer Advocate and later transitioned to the role of Knowledge Management Specialist from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Stephanie holds the position of Knowledge Management and Product Readiness Specialist at HotDoc, starting in October 2021.

Stephanie Harrington attended Swinburne University of Technology from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Communications degree with a focus on Marketing & Advertising. In 2018, they also took part in a semester abroad program at Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences, studying Communication Design & Business Administration for one semester.
