Jennifer Sherman

Jennifer Sherman is an accomplished executive with significant experience in product management and customer experience. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product & Experience Officer at CARET since April 2022, Jennifer focuses on delivering a world-class customer experience across various touchpoints. Jennifer is also a board member for GAINS and Extensiv. Previously, roles included Chief Product and Experience Officer at NMI, Senior Vice President of Product at Kibo Commerce, and various senior positions at Oracle Corporation. Jennifer holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
