Nghia Nguyen

Nghia Nguyen is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage management. Currently serving as an Assistant Head Waiter at Hotel Bayerischer Hof München since September 2023, Nghia previously held the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono from December 2019 to August 2022, overseeing daily restaurant operations and task delegation. Starting a career in the industry as a Food and Beverage Attendant during the pre-opening of the same hotel, Nghia ensured excellent guest dining experiences through exceptional customer service. Prior experience includes roles as a Bellman and Banquet Server at RIHGA ROYAL HOTELS, and various front office responsibilities at New World Saigon Hotel. Nghia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Hospitality Management) from Hoa Sen University and has studied Japanese at IGL Medical and Welfare College in Japan.
