Jared Hassard has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Jared started their career in 2004 as an Overnight Hotel Manager at Grand Hyatt Washington before moving on to become an Assistant Front Office Manager. In 2006, they joined Hyatt Regency Crystal City as a Staff Accountant and later became the Director of Guest Services and Reservations Manager. In 2009, they transitioned to Hyatt Regency Dulles as a Revenue Manager. From 2011 to 2018, Jared worked at Charlestowne Hotels - Innovative Hospitality Management, where they held various roles including Corporate Revenue Manager and Corporate Revenue and Marketing Manager. Jared then joined Hotel Bennett in 2018 as the Director of Revenue Management and is currently the Corporate Director of Revenue Management at Salamander Hotels & Resorts.

Jared Hassard began their education in 2000 at the University of South Carolina, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. Jared completed their undergraduate studies in 2004. Subsequently, Jared pursued further education at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, enrolling in their MBA program in 2007. Jared successfully completed their Master's in Business Administration in 2010.
