Gemma Grove

Gemma Grove is an experienced spa professional with a career spanning over a decade in luxury hospitality. Currently serving as Spa Director at Hotel Café Royal since October 2016, Gemma has progressed through roles of Spa Manager and Spa Operations Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Spa Manager at Coworth Park, a 5* hotel within The Dorchester Collection, where responsibilities involved training therapists. Gemma was also part of the pre-opening team at Bulgari, contributing to various aspects of spa development, and has held positions at Waldorf Astoria Hotel London Syon Park, Waxworks, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where extensive training in advanced therapies was completed.
