Joseph Eames

Joseph Eames has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Joseph currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Hotel Californian since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director Of Rooms at Hotel Drover, Autograph Collection from July 2021 to January 2023. Joseph also worked at LOGE Camps as a General Manager from September 2020 to April 2021 and as a Regional Manager from April 2021 to July 2021. Joseph held the position of Guest Services Manager at Ojai Valley Inn from August 2018 to September 2020. Joseph worked at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in various roles including Assistant General Manager, Director of Rooms, Front Office Manager, and Front Office Supervisor from 2013 to 2017. Joseph started their career as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Hotel Sax from January 2009 to November 2013 and served as a Chef Concierge at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants from August 2007 to December 2008. Prior to that, they held multiple positions including Valet, Bellman, In Room Dining Server, Night Audit, Front Desk Agent, and Assistant Concierge at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants from February 2005 to August 2007.

Joseph Eames attended Emerson College from 2001 to 2002, where they completed an Orientation Programme in General studies. Afterward, they went on to study at the University of Portsmouth from 2002 to 2003, earning a Foundation degree in Art & Design.
