Michelle Main

Michelle Main has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Michelle has held various roles in different hotels and resorts. Michelle started their career as a Front Desk Agent at The Balboa Bay Club & Resort in 2010. Michelle then worked as a Front Office Manager at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts from December 2009 to June 2010. Michelle joined The Hay Adams Hotel in 2011 and held several positions, including Front Office Manager, Director of Conference Services, Director of Housekeeping, and finally Director of Rooms until October 2018. In 2019, they joined Shutters on the Beach as the Director of Rooms and continued in this role until January 2020. Currently, Michelle is working at Hotel Casa Del Mar, where they started as the Director of Rooms in October 2020 and later became the Director of Operations in December 2021.

Michelle Main attended Arizona State University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
