Collette Parker

Collette Parker is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in store management and sales growth. Currently serving as the Store Manager at Hotel Chocolat since April 2017, Collette has consistently exceeded sales budgets. Previously, Collette opened the first Victoria’s Secret store in Scotland, achieving a 44% increase on budget in the inaugural year while managing a team of ten in a challenging airport setting. Collette's career also includes a supervisory role at Heartscent and various management positions at H&M, along with early experience as a Customer Service Representative at Primark. Collette holds an HND in Fashion Textiles from Cardonald College and completed Highers at Renfrew High School.
