James Holah MCA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the culinary and law enforcement fields. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for The Rabot Estate at Hotel Chocolat since June 2023, James has a strong background in the food industry, having held prominent roles such as Group Executive Chef for ANGELA HARTNETT LIMITED and Executive Sous Chef at Harrods and Selfridges. Notable achievements include leading transformation projects at Notting Hill Fish Shop and SALLY CLARKE LIMITED, and a distinguished tenure as Head Chef at The Ritz London, gaining Michelin recognition. Prior to the culinary domain, James served as a Police Officer with the Metropolitan Police, showcasing versatility and leadership in diverse settings. Academically, James holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Greenwich and a Level 2 Award in Wine from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
