Jamie Havlin has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. They started their career at the Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant as a Pastry Cook in 2011. They then worked at The Culinary Institute of America as a Special Events Pastry Assistant from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, Jamie joined Hotel Commonwealth, where they held the positions of Bread Baker from 2013 to 2014 and Head Baker from 2014 onwards. Their most recent role was as the General Manager at Somerville Bread Company, starting in 2017.
Jamie Havlin completed a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Williams College, spanning from 2006 to 2010. Afterward, Jamie pursued studies in Baking and Pastry Arts at The Culinary Institute of America, where they earned an Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) degree from 2011 to 2013.
