Jeffrey P. Ney has extensive work experience in the hotel industry. Jeffrey P. started their career in 2007 as a Guest Service Agent at Providence Biltmore. Jeffrey P. then worked as a Front Desk Agent and Guest Relations Coordinator at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC. At Hotel Commonwealth, Jeffrey held various roles including Front of House Supervisor, Assistant Front of House Manager, and Overnight Manager. Jeffrey P. also worked as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Boston Harbor Hotel and as a Guest Services Manager at Boston Park Plaza. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the Front Office Manager at XV Beacon Hotel. Currently, Jeffrey is the Director of Front Office at Hotel Commonwealth.
From 2004 to 2008, Jeffrey P. Ney attended Johnson & Wales University, where they pursued a degree in Hotel Management. During their time there, they specialized in hospitality management with concentrations in Casino & Gaming and Resort Management.
