Toni Olstein is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Senior Banquet Manager at Hotel Commonwealth since April 2023. Previously, Toni held the position of Food and Beverage Outlets Manager at AKA Hotels+Hotel Residences from August 2022 to August 2023, and at Loews Hotels & Co from July 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple food and beverage operations. Early career experience at Judies Restaurant involved roles as Hostess and Server, focusing on customer satisfaction and reservation management, while a Food Service Intern position at Spectra provided exposure to food service operations and managerial tasks. Toni earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is currently furthering education at Florence University of the Arts.
