Saurabh Shetty

Saurabh Shetty currently serves as a Food and Beverage Assistant and Chef de Rang for room service at Hôtel Costes since April 2022, where responsibilities include maintaining high personal hygiene standards and coordinating promotional activities. Previous experience includes an internship at Marriott International from November 2018 to April 2019. Saurabh holds a master's degree in Food and Beverage from Collège de Paris, completed in February 2023, and a degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, Saurabh obtained a certification in bartending from Cocktail and Dream Bartending School in Bandra in 2018.
